TSM FB for Exchange error...!!!!

Hi..

I recently implemented TSM FastBack V5.5...I tried to follow the Manual to configure the Microsoft Outlook profile but getting some errors when I try to open the TSM fastback for Exchange window..Searched for the errors but not able to find anything .. Please refer to the attachments for the errors...

Kindly help me out with this..!!!!

It´s difficult to help you, maybe you have to try the support team.

But in a nutshell.

You have to install Ms outlook 2000 at least, define in the same machine a mail profile (the user that you want to use to make the restauration item restore)

In the same machine you need obiously the Fasback Mount utility to mount the backup to made the restore. Per examplef:\files.edb

After that, you have to open f:\files.edb with the FastBack For Exchange GUI.
