TSM doesn't delete Windows security log

Hello, recently we faced windows 2008 Security event log full though archivation scheduled finished OK.
when I tried to manually perform archive it shows me "no eligibile file were found" message. (please see the scree shot attached).

tsm> Archive -archmc=mc_worm -deletefiles C:\Windows\System32\winevt\Logs\*
Archive function invoked.
ANS1016I No eligible files were found.
Archive processing of '\\mil04***t01\c$\Windows\System32\winevt\Logs\*' finish
ed without failure.

reschedule archivation but still it didn't archived or deleted security logs. is there any reason for this ?
I checked security log destination also checked file permission.

after 5 reschedulation finally it started archiving but my question is why these abrupt behaviour?
we received P1 with almost C:\ crashes in consecutive days.
TSM client version: 6.1.3.5
TSM server version: 6.3.4.2

Any idea would be most welcome.

TSM will not delete any Security or System log. That is not a function of any backup software.

This is an OS function.
