TSm backups on hs20 blades fail schedulaer requires recycle

having problems with tsm backups on HS20 blades running windows server 2003
backup fails every other day tsm scheduler requires recycle .

I had HS20s before and had no problems.

Can you please send details like TSM Client and Server versions, and at what SP level is your Win2K3 running at?
