You have a couple of options:
- Use the General Operations report of the Operation Center

- use your own SQL queries to query the Spectrum Protect server. You can use those queries into the Operation Center above to create your own report or use them manually.
- Use Tivoli Reporting and Monitoring. This gives you the greatest flexibility, but comes with complexity. Depends on the size of your environments and requirements. Almost need a Cognos expert if you need to customize the canned reports or add new ones:
