SBS is currently interviewing for TSM experts to work in our data center in Newark, CA. This is a FTE position.
Candidates must possess the following skill set to be considered. Minimum of 5 years enterprise level TSM Administration experience.
The TSM Specialist will implement, configure, administer, and support IBM Tivoli Storage Manager on AIX platform with multiple platform clients, including SUN, NT, and AIX. Specialist will support TSM suite of data protection applications including Lotus Notes, MS Exchange, Oracle and others, as required. The TSM specialist should be familiar with configuring TSM or use with advanced storage subsystems such as the IBM ESS, EMC and various NAS appliances.
1) IBM Tivoli Storage Management Certification.
2) Advanced AIX UNIX experience and skills.
3) AIX UNIX shell scripting skills.
4) Excellent verbal and written skills a must.
5) Knowledge and experience in IBM Tape technology.
