TSM Admin in 2015?

What will be the position of TSM Administrators in next 5years,probably in 2015 ?
What a TSM administrator can plan for after his/her career of 5years ?

So that means we have to learn to be SAN admins as well? I hope "the management" ups the ante by offering us better pay. I'm already doing AIX and ITM admin work in addition to my TSM duties.

I already am a SAN admin / TSM Admin (dedup and vtl included) / UNIX Admin...

Everything is about data mgmt now. Dedupe will be old school in 015. Along with that I see ILM practices taking hold. For example: instead of just using data retention policies, expiration, etc, I'm seeing HSM-like built in tools to give the data value, where metadata will be utilized to move the data around for disk tiering/archival. Data mgmt policies will be more departmental instead of enterprise-wide, giving way to more diverse ILM practices, and more stringent file retention policies.

Yes i agree and now a days all the MNC onsite and offshore looking backup proff due roll...lke TSM or Netbackup with Storage or NAS admin....
