TSM 7.1 - client on server ?

TSM 7.1 windows 2012 R2.

I need tsm client on server - I should install new tsm client on server or use one I found in C:\Program Files\Tivoli\TSM\server\tsmdiag ?

I would download and install the TSM B/A Client.
If you need help from IBM TSM Support, they are going to be looking at C:\Program Files\Tivoli\TSM\client\
