We are facing log issue in TSM 6.3.4.x it is reaching 99%, does any one facing the similar issue.

Hi,
How much (gb) active log did you allocate? and do you have enough archive log to hold the active log during database backup?

Yeah, we have allocated around 30GB, and we have enough space in archive log.

Have you done SET DBRECOVERY? If not, TSM (6.x) cannot automatically backup the DB when needed. Also, is there a node or process dumping a lot of TSM metadata like many, many small backup files?
