Hi,
did not try 5.5.1 but it worked on 5.5.0 - do not expect 5.5.1 to be different. For Linux you should not need any modification, for Windows search this forum, download section

This is the command that i have ran in my server and got the error,
btw i have export from my old server to the new one everything except data

I didnt understand what is the reason of changing the file name, ?!
But I did so for the test and I got the same error in the end,

Did a test - fresh install of CEntOS 4.4 x64, fresh install of TSM 5.5.1
You need to unpack the images to /opt/tivoli/tsm/server/webimages and /opt/tivoli/tsm/server/webhelp
(correct paths are crucial!!!!!)
Then unpack linux.idl to /opt/tivoli/tsm/server/bin (I have unpacked and overwritten CommandLine.Class nad WebConsole.Class files as well)
then (as you tried)
[root@Centos64 install]# cd /opt/tivoli/tsm/server/bin/
[root@Centos64 bin]# ./dsmserv runfile linux.idl
