There is a 5.4 version, i just did a google search for it and it wasnt coming in search. If you PM me I will send you 5.4 version.

All in all from 5.2 to 5.4 setup and config shouldnt be that much different. I have done this a bunch as well so I would say read Storage Manger fro SAN for Windows and attempt to configure and post any issues/questions you might have.
