TSM 5.2 Web Interface on OS/400 PASE

hi,

although i have gone through a few 5.2-5.3 migrations on Windows and AIX boxes, i'm about to do one more on OS/400 Pase, which makes me really nervous, since IBM does not give much support about it.
What I really need to know, is if it will be possible to install and use the 5.2 Web Interface on OS/400-Pase, after the 5.3 migration.

Can someone please help me out ?

Hi,

I never tried it myself ... It's a few years ago that I did not work with TSM on AS/400 thought. However, I do not see why it would not work if you copy the files (pages and images) in the right directory within IFS.

I once copied dsmadmc from AIX to AS/400, and surprisingly it worked fine. So, I would expect the same for WebAdmin. PASE is nothing else than a AIX-based UNIX environment on AS/400. While it is missing some specific AIX stuffs (like device management for instance), korn shell script does work perfectly.
