Trouble installing TSM 5.5 on Redhat 5.1

Hi all

I have problem with TSM client 5.5.0.4 on TSM 5.5 on RHEL 5.1 32bit.
The thing is the tsm client - dsmj when you start it, at first the screen was misplaced, and now the tsm clients startup is frozen and nothing is happening. I think its java but i dont know.
Java version is 1.5.0.15 - the latest. I even opened case in IBM , and they told me to check the java diagnostics but when i (if i am lucky) to get the misplaced screen check with flag ALL its again frozen and there is no trace log.

Has anyone installed tsm 5.5 on redhat enterprise 5.1 and successfully ????

Your best bet is to always have IBM Java 1.4.x installed.

It is java. I installed the jdk 1.5 update 15 or jdk 1.6 update 5 on different rhel 5.1 server.. the dsmj were fixed.
