Min. 2 yrs installation, administration and configuration exp. with IBM's Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) backup &recovery product. Excellent communication skills. Must be able to work on a team and/or with minimum direction. Able to analyze, diagnose, resolve system performance problems or outages. Preferred: Heavy distributed systems
