TDP_EXC: can't P.I.T. restore beyond 2 weeks in GUI?

Hi Guys! Got a call from an Exchange admin this morning who's having some trouble restoring a legacy backup from four months ago to a restore database. He's using the GUI, and can't get the point in time to point more than 2 weeks back. I'm not in a place where I can see what he's talking about unfortunately, since I do not have access. I also don't have any Exchange TDP experience, so I can't really visualize anything to try in troubleshooting from the client. Does anyone have any ideas why he can't restore from more than 2 weeks out? We've got about 9 months of (supposedly good ) backups on this client node cluster. Thanks! - Kodiak

Hi,
What is the message he receives when he tries?
You might want to check how to do it with the command line client which in my opinion is more reliable.
