TDP for SAP problem

Hi every body I have TSM server 5.5.4 & AIX 5.3 and TDP for SAP 5.5
at the file initSOL.utl the parameter MAX_version=90 and i take a daily full backup
so i expect after 3 month neraly i expect the tape retain empty but this didn't happen
when i use command q content vol-name i found that
