I have used Command line only (RMAN scripts to restore and backup). There isn't one that I have seen and this is the case for TDP for Domino.

No unfortunately there is no GUI, all is done using a command line and scripts

You use RMAN scripts for TDP for Oracle backup/restore, which is pretty similar to doing Oracle backup/restore without TSM. Check with your oracle admins, they know how to do it.
And actually, there is a GUI for TDP for Domino, if installed on windows. If Domino/TDP is installed on Linux/UNIX, there is a kind of plug-in for WEB BA client.
