tdp for exchange server license error

i installed exchange server2007 and i install tdp for exchange server5.5 , after installation while open GUI it shows error like this,......


ACN0053E License file (c:\program files\tivoli\TSM\TDP Exchange\execcli
ent.lic) could not be opened


what may be the problem ???????????

You Need to installed or extrac the TDP for Exchange Base code to have the licence file. When you have the file copie it in the folder. TDP Exchange.

To have the base code of TDP for Exchange, You need to d/l from the IBM Passport site.
