TDP Exchange restore on different machine

We upgraded our exchange servers to new hardware with different names. It is in cluster mode. We would like to do some test before we turn off the old servers. How can I restore the backup storage group from the new exchange servers or from the other machine.

Use it wisely but you can copy the tdp option to the new server and perform the restore to the new server.

Ensure the old server scripts/scheduler for TDP is turn off.

Our DBA's are using this method to backup/restore to different nodes and different machine.
