TDP Exchange GUI Doesn't Open

Just recently upgraded my TDP (Exchange 2003) to the 5.5.0.1 version. Now the TDP GUI doesn't open. You double-click it and nothing happens. Has anybody else seen this?

Was the server rebooted after the install? Did you install on top of the existing one?

Yes, I did reboot. Yes, I did install over the existing one. Is that a no-no here?

I uninstalled the agent. Rebooted. Reinstalled. Rebooted.

Still no go. =(

Anybody have any suggestions?

I found the problem. I didn't have .NET 2.0 installed. Once I installed that...viola!
