tdp exchange 2007 failed backup

Hello,
I have problem with backup exchange server 2007. When i have installed tdp everything worked fine. After 3 month the backup failed with return code 402.

I thought problem with network. We tested network and didn't identify any problem.
OS: Windows 2008 SP2, client:6.1.3.03 tdp:6.1.01

Do you have any ideas what had happend and how solve this problem?

probably timeout problem.

Commtimeout is 1200 sec.
IdleTimeOut is 15 min.
I posted log from tsm server above. Time between tdp connect and disconnect is about 3 minutes. I think this two parameters doesn't influence in situation.

sorry, the problem in dsmierror.log from 12.07.2010.....
try to run backup manually using cmd TDPEXCC.exe with /TRACEFILE=c:\trace.txt /TRACEFLAG=API

Hi,
I diagnosted problem with backup again and find that TDP transmited only 422 576 128 bytes every time. I increase CommTimeOut to 6000 sec and IdleTimeOut to 40 min. But problem still exist.

Do you have any suggestion?

We are having the same problem on a Windows 2008 SP2, client 5.3.3 and tdp 6.1.2. The backup stops at the same point each time around but only for a few storage groups. Can anybody shed a light?
