TDP Domino client showing database with size of 0 bytes

Hello

I wonder if someone could help me, when we access the TDP Domino client gui and try backup a notes database it shows up with a size of 0 eventthough on the actual Domino directory it is 17MB in size.

Is this a bug with the TSP Domino client. We are using version 5.4.2.0

Unless an agent explicitly sets the 'size' variable throuth the API, it passes a size of '0'. It could be that the application is unable to calculate the size of the entity it's sending. (For instance, a database may be compressing a table WHILE it's being sent.)

This is why you cannot use caching on disk storage pools that are accepting data from applications that use the TSM API.
