TCP connection

We installed TSM client and TDP for Microsoft Exchange on a Exchange Server. Is it correct to setup the TCPPORT to 1500 on both DSM.OPT file?? Is it better to setup the TCPPORT to 1500 for TDP and 1501 for TSM client??

TSM and it's client will use port 1500 to build connect, and 1501~ to transfer data. For instance, If you have 2 thread to run, you will see that port 1500 is for meta data, and port 1501, 1502 for data transfer.
