Stuck mounts

Hello,

After having some issues with a storage agent, I came into a situation in which I have 3 stuck mounts that won't go even after following IBM instructions on their website/other information I have found:
1. I've tried making sure all the paths from the TSM and storage agent to the library and drives are defined correctly.
2. I've tried restarting the SA and setting it again using dsmsta setstorageserver.
3. Restarting the TSM server didn't help too.

I'm now stuck with 3 mounts that are constantly shifting between DISMOUNTING and RETRY DISMOUNT FAILURE.
Worth to mention that the library is a VTL (DataDomain).

I will greatly appreciate and kind of help, I'm really lost with this one.

I've tried restarting the VTL service but it didn't seem to clear the reservation set by the Storage Agent on the volume.
In my case the stuck mounts were on a new virtual library and volumes that didn't contain any data so I ended up removing the problematic library/drive from both the DataDomain and TSM, halting the TSM, scanning for hardware changes(cfgmgr) and starting the TSM.
