Should I be taking a copy of VOLHIST.OUT offsite with the Recovery Plan

I wondering if I should be taking a copy of VOLHIST.OUT offsite with my recovery plan, or does the recovery plan have everything I need to recover the server?

TSM 6.2.2 running on Windows

The recovery plan has the DB backup info from volhist within it, but it wouldn't hurt.
