Experienced SAN professional with extensive knowledge in HDS and EMC. Skills would include SAN design, LUN allocation, switch and director knowledge. 3+ years experience. Candidate would possess strong interpersonal and communications skills.
Experienced TSM support for the Tulsa location. Must have knowledge of DR , TSM admin, client configuration. Must have a 3+ years experience in either AIX or NT administration. 3+ years in TSM administration. Candidate would possess strong interpersonal and communications skills.

Protection for SAP R3, Lotus Domino, MS SQL Server, MS Exchange, and Oracle. -
Specialist should be familiar with configuring TSM for use with advanced storage subsystems such as the IBM ESS, EMC, and various NAS appliances.
Specialist will also be supporting the Tivoli Space Manager HSM Client on both Solaris and AIX.
Specialist will also be configuring and troubleshooting multi-vendor sequential access devices on Solaris, Linux, AIX, Windows NT 2000, HPUX, AS400, and, OS 400 Pase.
Specialist will be configuring troubleshooting the TSM client in HACMP, MSCS, and Novell clusters.
Specialist will be configuring troubleshooting the Disaster Recovery Manager feature DRM of the TSM server.
Specialist will configuring troubleshooting client and administrative scheduling - Actual programming skills are required for technical assistance. - Shell scripting programming in an AIX UNIX environment.
TASKS: -
Follow Support Center Procedures - Assume ownership for PMRs from the component group s open queue and or receive Retain PMRs from the Response Coordinators. -
Perform Initial PD PSI, by searching Database s for rediscovery or similar problems. -
Assist Customer with setting proper Priority Severity of Problem
Work Problem to point of resolution. -
Record Document actions in Database s as well as utilize tools and resources.
