Setting up TSM offsite DR instance

Currently have TSM 5.5 deployed on Windows 2003 with a VTL for primary pool and LTO3 physical library for copy pool at main office. Would like to set up a DR instance at our satellite office. Have server hardware and a smaller LTO3 tape library to deploy at site. Optimally I would like to be able to restore a handful of top tier servers in the event the main office went boom. Could someone give me a thumbnail sketch on steps required to accomplish this?

IMHO, to achieve DRM a sort of 'quickstart' document of a couple of pages is not
