Schedule help when configuring an Object statement

su - oratest '-c /home/oratest/.scripts/xxxx_backup_level1.ksh' > /opt/tivoli/tsm/client/ba/bin/tdpo/xxxxxx.L1.log

when running this script from command line I have no issues. However, when starting from schedule I receive the following error:
ANS1107E Invalid option/value: '-'
On the AIX tsm server no issues,
this is coming from a Linux server................

What is the full "define schedule" syntax that we are issuing?
