schedule completed but no files or subfolder been backup?

hi gurus

I have issue with scheduler completed with sucessfully buy no files been backup.I have installed 5.5.0.0 version client on win 2003 servers and configure daily incremantal schedule and weekly archive scheduler.but after testing files or subfolder not been backup even i used -subdir=yes.Can anyone explain what went wrong.Im not really got in windows configuration.if i query backup only can see "GWC_TSMBACKUP" folder no subfolder been backup.why?.

i need backup below maik folder.and under this folder have alot on folder and subfolders.

it looks OK, if nothing changes in that folder since full backup. This the way it is working. Backing up only changed and new files.

Yep. Or files that have changed have been excluded using include/exclude options.

I already checked there is new files/folder being created under GWC_TSMBACKUP.As you can see from below only folder GWC_TSMBACKUP backup by tsm.no files or folder found under tht folder.why?

You are querying "q ba \\dc1wq0agwc01\c$\GWC_BACKUP\*" which probably meaning you are looking under folder C:\GWC_BACKUP\, and you set your schedule to backup folder "C:\GWC_TSMBACKUP" which is not the same folder.

I manage to solve this issue and the error is i left out "\" after the C:\GWC_TSMBACKUP

Old is C:\GWC_TSMBACKUP
New C:\GWC_TSMBACKUP\*
