revome tape with owner unknow

Impossible to remove 2 tapes , the owner doesn't exist and is not registered in my library manager.

Update the owner: HELP UPDATE LIBVOLUME

If that fails, audit the library: HELP AUDIT LIBRARY
Then retry to update the owner.

What error did you get? The error code may point you to a solution.

And what's the output of:
q libvolume {library name} {volume name}

What do you mean by remove? delete the volume from a pool or check it out?
