hi samuel

many thanks for your time and patience...

how do i define these files...

using 'DEFINE' command or 'PREPARE' command.....

please suggest....

thanks again for your help...

regards

It are flat files with additional instructions for the TSM admin during a recovery.
Create them with an editor, they are not created by DRM
TSM is fully recoverable without those files.

possible contents of the files are contact numbers, location of vault etc...
Recovery Instructions for Tivoli Storage Manager Server XXXX
Jeroen - TEL-number: storage admin
xxxx - TEL-number: system admin
yyyy - TEL-number: manager
Vault location: yadayada street 1.

hi samuel & jeroen
