recover deleted files from NAS server

I'm FOB to TSM and I have a task to recover 61,000 files which were deleted by a Admin sitting on a NAS server any idea where to start with.
currently I'm having the message 'Files on the serve is unavailable" sever have 6 tape drives

Hi,

we need more info about the situation - type of the NAS, backup methodology used (file level, NDMP ... any other?) etc.
If your message is "ANS1314E: File data currently unavailable on server" then it means you "see" the data for restore but the recovery itself fails for some reason. Troubleshooting this involves searching the activity log (q act begintime=xx:xx endtime=yy:yy) for corresponding messages/errors.
