Receiving error message, need help.

Trying to do a remote backup on client. When I click on "Backup" I get the following message:



"ANS2604S: The web client was unable to authenticate with the server"



Any suggestions? Thanks .

Password issue...

Verify the password on the server is the same one that you set it to on the client side...

Also, check the log files for more error info and post it here...anything even above the codes could be helpful...
