Question regarding database pages in TSM 6.2.2.3

Hi All,

I have a question regarding the database pages in TSM, free pages are showing as 4520 but the database free size is ok.This doesnt look ok to me

It's OK because DB2 handles DB expansion differently than the old TSM DB did. With the old DB you had to have fixed DB volumes and space was allocated within those volumes which also fixed the number of DB pages you had available. As DB2 identifies that more DB space is required it will allocate more within the filesystem and thereby create more free pages. DB2 does it dynamically so you only need to worry about the filespace that is available.
