I´m defining a new library on Spectrum Protect 8.1.8 on Redhat (Spectra logic library) after installing lin_tape driver we are able to see devices :
[6:0:0:0] tape IBM ULTRIUM-HH8 K4K1 -
[6:0:0:1] mediumx SPECTRA PYTHON 1.95 /dev/sch0
[7:0:0:0] tape IBM ULTRIUM-HH8 K4K1 -
Medium changer is define on OS as mediumx SPECTRA PYTHON 1.95 /dev/sch0
While tryng to define library path on tsm this errores appears:
Protect: TSM>define path TSM spectralib1 srct=server autod=yes destt=library device=/dev/sch0 online=yes
ANR8418E DEFINE PATH: An I/O error occurred while accessing library SPECTRALIB1.
ANS8001I Return code 15.
Protect: TSM>q library f=d
