We're experiencing a company wide slow down in response time from the network. We spent the entire day going through everything that could possibly be the problem.
Someone has suggested that since the TSM upgrade there has been 'broadcast' messages sent out and it's slowing systems down. Anyone familiar with this 'broadcast' message ?
