We are running TSM Admin Center on ISC in HTTPS mode. After changing iscadmin password, we could not start ISC. We followed the workaround for a related problem documented in

i.e. we changed the encrypted password manually in security.xml file. However we still did not succeed starting ISC.
Does anybody know a way how to change the iscadmin password in an existing installation.
