Pls help me to solve this kind of problem, I am beginner in administration of servers,
Agent Heartbeat failed for multiple Agents. This could indicate a possible Consolidator backlog: Agent heartbeat failed on the following 2 agents: some_server1, some_server2. The consolidator may be in a backlogged condition. Network communication (ping) to all listed Agent computers was successful.
can you tell me in general list of steps what to do?
