Problem on TS3100 "Media Attention" and I/O Error on library

Hi,

I have a problem with our TS3100

This library is on a remote site, i can't reboot remotely from webmenu because all the options is grey... not accessible.

I have an error on webmenu "media attention"

I have an other problem reported on TSM Manager :

ANR8300E
I/O error on library TS3100 (OP=8401C058, CC=-1, KEY=FF, ASC=FF,

Can you help me guys ?

Hi, you could have a few different issues including a stuck tape, damaged part on the library etc. Shutdown tsm, then restart the library by getting someone to oush the button and then restart TSM - test the library ensuring all paths are online, if you still have the error then you may have a hardware fault

You need to reboot, see if you can get to the logs.
If you can't or that it does not solve the problem, you'll need to have your library serviced.
