Open File Support with 5.2.0 client

I am testing the newest TSM Win2k version 5.2.0.1 for the Open file support feature

I am needing to backup Outlook PST files on a local win2k server



SO far I get errors , about not being able to do this and access denied for the specified PST files.





Does anyone have any knowledge of how to make this work.

After reviewing the TSM 5.2 Client, was the Logical Volume Snapshot Agent set up via the wizzard?

What kind of error are you seeing?
