Hello everyone,



We are attempting to do a cluster and we have this problem



How do we control the unloading of the DSMC instances. Each volume has its

own IP address. Therefore we would have to unload a particular instance of

DSMC when it fails over.



How would we unload a particular instance?



anyone ever seen this and know a solution

We a using Novell client 5.2.2

TSM ver 5.2.1.3

I haven't tried this myself, but the only way I can see would be to load each instance into it's own namespace (protected memory block). Then you specify the namespace on the unload command. At the console do a "help load" and "help unload"
