non root users unable to migrate

I have installed tsm5.2 server on an aix 5.2 and hsm client 5.2 to for testing prior to migration

from a 4.3.3 platform running 4.2.25 tsm server and client.

But on the new test box only root can migrate files. :evil:

Create a sudoers rule

I guess, that the dsmrootd might not be running. Make sure, that it's running.
