No more backup and restore adobjects?

I have upgraded my ISP client on Win2012R2 domain controller to version 8.1.4, and as I can see, there is no more AD restore box in restore GUI.
If I try with dsmc restore adobjects, I got:

ANS1184W The RESTORE ADOBJECTS command is not supported on this client.

Any info / idea why is this happening?

Yes, even more; I have seen this:

Which is same documentation, for latest version, 8.1.4. But the GUI option simply does not exists any more, and dsmc says

1. ANS1184W The RESTORE ADOBJECTS command is not supported on this client.
   
   I have found same behavior on multiple DCs.

As AD objects are part of the system state, I would be puzzled if this would work as online system state restore is now deprecated..

TL/DR:
Problem conclusion

Client changed the way of determining if it is the Domain
Controller because the Microsoft deprecated the old way.
Now client is determining if it is the DC using new interface.

Local fix

Add TESTFLAG ADLDAPSERVER to the client options file and restart
the client

Yep, that is right. Got same info from IBM just few days ago. Tested, it is working.
