MS SQL TDP LOG ONLY RESTORE

I have been asked to restore the transaction log from a TDP backup to a file. Can this be done any way? Before using TDP backups the transaction logs were send to a disk file and then grabbed by TSM BA client. Apparently they would sometimes use these log backups with a 3rd party tool to run through the log.
