Is the destination a clone of the source TSM Instance? If so, and if the 200 L5 tapes are not scratch, it is just a matter of opening the door of the TS4500 and inserting the tapes. Run an audit after all the tapes are installed.

If the source is NOT the same as the target, insert the tapes by opening the door of the TS4500, and checkin the tapes. NOTE that this will treat the tapes as scratch since the target does not know anything about the tapes.
