Microsoft Word Password Protected Documents

I had a password protected Microsoft Word document with all my passwords in it (called Passwords.doc ). I had it and all my other files backed up using TSM. I just rebuilt my machine and everything came back fine, except for the Word document. The file is there and is the right size, but I can't open it. When I try to open it I get a MS Word error saying, "The document name or path is invalid". I'm thinking there might be some security settings or attributes that need to be restored in conjuction with the file itself. Anyone else run into this before? Any ideas?

Is MS-Word installed on the new machine?
