Lot of ANR8355E ANR8381E messages in the Activity log

hey guys,

In our Library manager which uses Virtual Tape libraries we are getting lot of error messages of I/O reading labels for virtual tapes and tapes could not mounted on drives and then tapes becomes unavailable after some time, we have one script running for every minutes in our TSM server which identifies those tapes whose state is unavailable and runs an update command to change thier state but after some time the same errors occurs for this tapes.

so any ideas .

when i check the act for this session i found this.

Is it scratch tapes or volumes ?
Is it always the same set of tapes ?
Did this happend on every drives or only some ?
Do you have errors at system level ?
Did you try to relabel tapes ?
Did you try to rebuild devices, library, paths, drives and so on ?
On what system is it ?
