Looking for several EMC Avamar Systems Administrators

Hello, my name is Megan and I am currently searching for several Avamar Systems Administrators. I am having a hard time finding candidates. While I am not sure this is an acceptable forum, I have looked on all of the major job sites such as Dice, CareerBuilder, Indeed and LinkedIn. My issue is that most resumes listed there, the people do not have at least 4 years of hands on experience with Avamar and many do not want to work with it 100% of the time. I would love any advice on other sites that may contain candidates with this skill set or if anyone knows of people that may be interested in these jobs. I can be emailed at [email protected]. Just put Avamar in the subject heading and I will get back with you ASAP. Thanks for your time!
