I get the above after successfully doing the DUMPDB/LOADFORMAT process as in:
https://www-304.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21293671

Initially i had the following problem:
http://adsm.org/forum/showthread.ph...jects-on-server-match-query&p=98246#post98246
The above couldnt be resolved, which is why the dump process was suggested after a few Audit DB's would fail after a few days. Thereafter it was suggested that i take the TSM Server version from 5.4.0 - 5.4.6. Tried The adit DB command after again, and still would crash after a few days.

I can do client restores from my db and restore my TSM db with no problems. I did push all my backups to my other TSM server which is 100% while i try and find a resolution to this.

So far the only reference i see to the access violation is:
https://www-304.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg1PQ77687#more

Was also suggested that i take this version TSM Serv version to 5.5.

Any advice to a definite resolution Would be highly appreciated as it feels like i have been going round in circles with this for a while now :(
