We tried to - but the provided tool did not work...would love to know how to do it tho -
Here is what we found that we thought was supposed to do it (on Solaris/Unix):
"You can use the Administration Center Support Utility to adjust the timeout period.
o This utility, named 'supportUtil', is available in one of the following directories:
[ISC root]/Tivoli/dsm/bin
o To start the utility, issue the following command:
./supportUtil.sh
o Choose #5 and select a new timeout value (in minutes)."
