ISC 6.0.1 not starting up

Anyone have any ideas on why the ISC does not start up at boot on AIX 5.3 ml3?



I have the following line in the /etc/inittab after install, but I don't see any processes after boot, and the ISC doesn't come up in the browser.



isc6:23:boot:/opt/IBM/ISC601/PortalServer/bin/startISC.sh ISC_Portal



When I run the command manually, ISC starts up no problem.
